In today's video we'll be doing 3 guided rounds of belly-chest-out activated breathing with retentions after each breathing round and a meditation at the end. During the 3 retentions, there will be loving affirmations being repeated. Focus in on them and if you feel called you can repeat them inside as you hold your breath.
3 Rounds
Round 1: 1 Minute 30 Seconds
Round 2: 1 Minute 45 Seconds
Round 3: 2 Minutes
(Yes, breath holds may seem intimidating at times, but you are much more capable than you think and can work your way up to this easily.)
As always, if you find your mind begins to wander - focus back into your breath or heart centre and bring yourself back to the present. If the breathing gets too intense, return to regular breathing and relax. It's encouraged to sit or lay down and put in your headphones or onto a good audio system.
