I enjoy all BAND-MAID reactions as long as the reactor pays attention to the song and video. Not too difficult. It makes it even more enjoyable when the reactor really enjoys and gets excited about the music and what they're seeing. What sets you apart, and way above, is your understanding, analysis and break down of the songs. I've learned a lot about how songs are made and what they entail thanks to you, GG. You're a good man, Charlie Brown, and I appreciate it. 🎸👍🍻💯💙 #MaidMondays

An really important milestone of Band-Maid history! The first song that Kanami wrote for the band and the label said: YES, we are allowing you and support you publishing this song... Everything else they put out since this song is written mainly by Kanami! She is just an musical genius and has so much fantasy, no fear to put different genres together, pushes the limits of the band more and more, without her Band-Maid wouldn´t be that special! Every member is an HUGE factor in this, if ONE is leaving (what is never gonna happen, they are too close) it´s over, but Kanami is the little extra with the ability to write, understand and FEEL music on so many levels! Too bad about the copyright. Quite a few BM covers out there and Kanami has said she loves it when their songs get covered so don't understand why the strike. During the 2016 to 2017 time period they had several songs with the pop punk vibe...although the next song in the order is Non Fiction Days...which is more of a straightforward rocker with another good solo. I'm enjoying the chronological order! It is interesting to see how they evolved and get your perspective. Oh...one of my favorite solos as well and the transition into the solo is very well done.

From here they would be in charge of their creative process giving us the evolution that led them to where they are today! The Kanami solo... ah yes, this one is a "Jesus Christ" solo for me, probably my favorite solo from Kanami, it's hard to choose because it's Kanami and fantastic solos is her domain, but for sure this was one of the first that really hit me hard, and like you said, It's a long one! 😀 Like you said this has Blink 182, Sum 41 vibes and i love it, as i also loved those bands growing up! It’s just an escape from reality Oh oh… I dived right inside of you Being entangled by lies, I’m already tired and sick of it It’s just all a game, like tossing around sloppily After using me, you’ll just cast me away right? Right? Being not aware of it, I found myself in a trap (I’m) suffocating, running out of breath Not being able to do anything, I just I just cried Searching for a way to escape oh At this point, let me forget it all As if you will just forget about everything Don’t stare at me with those eyes (It) doesn’t matter if it isn’t real If I can just accept it all, then it’s all good right? It’s just an escape from reality I’m just suffocating here I need to escape from this place here I wanna go away in 3, 2, 1 GO As if you will just forget about everything Don’t stare at me with those eyes (It) doesn’t matter if it’s all a lie If I can just accept it all, then it’s all good right? It was great to hear your thoughts as always, GG! You're the second reactor to compare it to exactly Bleed American haha. I agree with you about the longer solos. I think this one is a perfect length, long enough to make her ideas clear but not so long that it bores you. Good luck getting your cover out!

This song holds a special place in the hearts of Band Maids fans as it being their first self written and self produced song. This was their second birth as they say. They hit the ground running and have not stopped musically.

I'm not sure about my memory, but I feel that Saiki made a request to express a woman who is vulnerable to Kobato. Saiki wanted a song that expresses the weaknesses of women, as the songs up to that point were about strong women. All of them are involved in the songwriting that Kanami composes.

Do not regenerate the song continuously for a long time, but stop every 20 seconds or so to talk about the review. This will make it easier to be interpreted as a fair use citation. In other words, as with the citation rules for text, citing the whole text together is not preferred, and dividing it into fragments and reviewing each evaluation is equivalent to copyright citation in text, and running the whole thing in sequence is not preferred. For these reasons, many music review services frequently stop in the middle of a song. This also protects the original work, as you need to purchase it to get the whole song.

I know, sadly I can't really enjoy a first listen if I don't get the flow of the song :(

@@akaalexanderking Maybe edit in discussion breaks afterwards to create the same effect without interrupting your own first listen?

Even though you comment over the recordings as they play, you could also redact a few seconds here or there of the songs so its not feasible to get a full copy from your upload. That might help protect you a bit more also.

@@akaalexanderking If you don't want to stop, there is also the option of rewinding. After you have spoken your review, rewind to before you speak. This will keep some of the continuity of the music, but exclude it from the full match analysis of the song. This also needs to be done every 20 seconds or so.

Like your detailed assessment of the band. So many just waffle on or don’t say much but you analyse each aspect like picking up Akane’s double drum. Her speed and variability are top notch. Kanami’s solos are short and sweet but really tie in with the song. Really compose that 3 to 4 minute song to a tee. Keep up the great reviews. Maid Mondays..bring it on...
