my grandfather told me once that there were so many sikh people in Gujjar Khan, Mandra, Rawalpindi. one of his best friend was Darmindar singh. who later moved to india. which made him sad .we live in "Mandra" Rawalpindi. A gurdwara is still there... which seem quite old..

Baboo : A typical slang of Boli spoken by Jasbir Modi VeerJI and partially spoken by us at HOME. I recall my old days while living at Kalka JI a refugee colony near Nehru Place .All the old ladies came from Pakistan after partition spoke like this . @poonzor1 hahaha kew im sure we are all multi faceted and multi talented .people often ask me how come i speak spanish ,italian etc the same way when i live in england..my heritage is pakistan and my mother tongue is pohtwari .. one should be aware our culture and what n where we r from. if white folks can go and learn our langauge we can also emulate there language and culture ... so why not be proud of our own roots ..who and where ever we are from ... y i went back to realise where i am from

It's hard to understand because English is a bland language, kings and queens talk like their is a barrier between a person when communicating and that has gone in our uk education system .The only way to learn is live with them for about 3 years .
