Today, 15th of January 2019, is a big day for Indian chess. Gukesh achieved his final GM norm at the ninth round of the Delhi GM Open 2019 by beating D.K. Sharma and became India's youngest GM. He is also the second youngest GM in the history of chess at the age of 12 years 7 months and 17 days.
