Gummy bear is a famous jelly Candy .This is my No Fail gummy candy recipe. In this recipe i am using Agar Ager instead of gelatine.For stretchy gummy candy just like store bought, leave them at room temperature for 4 to 5 days after that you can store them in a ziplock( at room temperature).

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon Agar Agar powder
1/4 cup corn syrup
85 g flavoured jelly (any flavour 1 packet)
I am using Mango, strawberry, Lime
1 cup water (1/2 water used to soak agar agar , 1/2 cup while cooking)
➡️ While cooking the mixture will get thick very quickly so when you see it’s getting thick turn the flame off and then add flavoured jelly .
Mix quickly until dissolves, then quickly transfer it into mold while it’s hot.

For Gelatine gummy bear candy you need:
Gelatine 1 tablespoon
Total Water. 1/2 cup
Corn syrup 1/4 cup
Flavoured jello 85 g
Soak gelatine in 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes.
On the other hand Take remaining 1/4 cup of water add corn syrup and bring it to a boil then add gelatine and flavoured jello packet( 85 g) and turn the flame off while mixing the gelatine.
(Gelatine doesn’t need to cook )
➡️ you can online order Gummy Bear mold from AMAZON ( it comes with the dropper)or you can use any kind or shape of mold
