So sad that some actually believe that this is the way to live. In times of Covid19 this song just makes me cry. Makes me think of songs like. Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end, .......... Just tonight I stood before the tavern, nothing seemed the way it used to be. In the glass I saw a strange reflection, was that lonely woman really me? Those were the days ... Oh my friend we're older but no wiser for in our hearts our dreams are still the same. GnR gave the world pure magic gold. For a brief instant they stopped time and were the very best in the world. Just like other people have said on here you never know a good thing until you lose it and it's gone forever. At least they fucking lived and shared a lot of good times with us all which is more than I can say about a lot of people. I hope one day mankind obliterates aging and death altogether. Aging is the cruelest thing in nature. You see the immortal infinite right in front of you. You can almost reach it. And then it all goes to Hell. "All men reach and fall". When I was 15-16, me and a group of friends used to go hike in the desert every couple of months. We carried everything on our backs, like 1/3 of our bodyweights, all day long on our feet for 4 days, sleeping under the sky with no tent or anything, hot days, freezing nights, at 15 years old, no cellular connection. I remember before one of those trips I was afraid- not of the the weather or the weight, not of any accident, animals or getting lost, not of missing my family- I just wasn't sure if I will be able to survive 4 days without banging my head to Guns n' Roses. I literally and seriously thought I might die or loose it all without their music. When I came back home I didn't take a shower or eat- first thing I did was just plug this madness into my ears, close my eyes and relax. Love them so much.

When I was a child I loved Superheroes, but when I grew up a little I realized that they are unreal and fictional, until one day I saw Guns N' Roses on TV, then I realized that Axl is the real Superman, but the strength of this Superman is in his voice. I am very sorry that today in 2022 Superman sounds like he ate kryptonite, but regardless he is a legend and a hero for all time. He took risks and in the end gave his strength to make the earth a better place for humanity
