what's the best way to reverse this? trying probiotics and oregano and berberine but still having no luck introducing new foods without a reaction, tinnitus, brain log, severe fatigue etc

I was on a very strict diet for a long time and wasn't getting better. I thought I had nothing to lose so I tried whole food plant based, low fat, and gluten free diet. I ate so many more foods it was great. And my pain really got better. My problem now is stress eating is making me sick and trying to get that under control with a lot of stress right now. Dr. Greger, the Starch Solution (Healthy Emmie) and Dr. Angie Sadeghi videos on youtube are a good place to start. I also watched Game Changers on Netflix. If you can be strict and not eat the junk food (like I'm doing now and trying to stop), it might help. I figured I had nothing to lose and I found it really helped.

I have no akkermansia and I have eaten all the things that should increase it....But no. Lots of joint pain and inflammation even though I've been eating whole foods for years..
