Guy playing a Tele is something I’ve never seen... he needs to do this more often, such a unique blues man. Kirk is just brilliant, one of the best players on the planet, and such a humble human.

guy played a tele as his number one for a long time before he switched to the semi hollows. check out some of his older stuff if you wanna hear more, he’s got a great performance of born under a bad sign on youtube with a tele.

Ahh, that was your voice saying, "excuse me, he's trying to play!" I don't blame you one bit. It's one thing to cheer, and quite another to be disruptive.

There's a whole texan school of blues guitarists who play(ed) without picks that I am sure you have appreciated at some time or other (if you listen to much blues) - Albert Collins, Gatemouth Brown, Freddie King, more recently Carolyn Wonderland is quite fabulous and no pick. There must be lots more out there that I don't know!

Even though it is a copy of B.B. King but a VERY, VERY good one. You could close your eyes on certain parts and think it was B.B. King standing there, especially on those high notes. If he has got the same timing or just learned it?!

"Excuse me - he´s trying to play!". I think i succeeded :-) Let the drunk old men express their excitement too. Maybe they have no life, no love, no money and not much fun - just alcohol. Thats the way life evolved for many of us. ... And isn´t that what the Blues is all about?

Such an incredible rendition!!!! Shame that even in such shows there's the drunk character standing at the front, not actually giving a damn about what's going on on the stage and making the musicians uncomfortable....Guy handled it like a pro though!! One of a kind!! Love his singing and he did some amazing chord fills while singing!! Exceptional musician!!
