2. Vegetable oil & olive oil
3. Lean meat Fish & Eggs
4. Whole grains
5. Some fruits - apples melons bananas papayas etc
6. Some vegetables - leafy greens carrots potato spinach zucchini etc
7. Lentils Chickpeas Soybeans & Nuts.
