I just got a Tao 4 wheeler with a gy6 motor. Just now learning about them. So far it's been great. Decent power for it's size. 169? ish.

Hi Pcx 160 from the Philippines here, huge fan btw. Very curious, what is the recommended Contra spring (in rpm) to pair with the reveno clutch? Might be getting one soon 😁

If I were to go all the way and convert my 150cc gy6 - 232cc gy6 how much am I looking at spending? Would love to keep the gy6 but the main factor for me is cost. I am considering swapping the engine but would love to build if the cost isn't far off. Love the channel!

Hey I’m new to the gy6 world. What performance does this increase? By how much? I get weight saved in the drive train is a boon, but real world result - faster acceleration? More fuel efficiency? Top speed?

Hello Matt yes I have the reveno 1.0 this is an awesome clutch I have it on my 171 and my 232 and I have the reveno variator wonderful kit I love it the spring that comes with kit what is the rpm size for the spring I know it’s 8% but what is that in rpms my clutch and pulley both engages around 4000 this is the best clutch out there so far
@RollingWrench
Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the support Doug. That 8% spring is lighter then stock since the way this clutch works is a lot different then traditional. I think it’s 900rpm if I remember right

You mentioned that this clutch uses weights to determine the engagement point. Where can different tuning weights be purchased?

Do I need to do anything to my revino clutch when going to a 232cc? It’s a gen 1 with 500 miles on it. Should I redo the weights? I plan on running a TFC secondary pulley with it.
@RollingWrench

Nope. You can keep it as is. The variator will need to be adjusted, but not the clutch

@@JamesSpatt ya grabs harder. Literally no slip! And waaay less vibration. And 2.5lbs lighter than a traditional clutch. It’s the real deal
