Hey, this weeks video is on gym exercises that will help the key muscles that are used when drummers are drumming. The muscles that are actively is use when drumming are shoulders, triceps, forearms, calves and shins.
In this video that will help drummers with a selection of weight lifting exercises that will improve their drumming, i will give two exercise on each drumming muscle.
These exercises for drumming will help push back drumming fatigue, help drummers avoid injury and in my opinion help speed up areas of drumming a drummer wishes to improve.
