Ingredients for cooking:
Chop 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 2 celery stalks and 2 onions.
Cut 500 grams of meat, you can use pork or veal.
Pour 2 liters of water and boil for 40 minutes.
When it boils, remove the foam.
Chop 300 g of bacon and fry for a few minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion.
Chop 1 stick of celery.
Finely chop 1 bell pepper.
Finely grate 1 carrot.
Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Boil potatoes for 10 minutes.
