あたりめ食べてくれてありがとうございます!!(生産者じゃないけどあたりめ愛好者として) 結構合う合わないあると思うんですけど食べてくれただけでも超うれしいです! Thank you for your having Atarime!!(I'm not producer of them, but I want to write this comment as a Atarime lover.) I think you may have fell that it doesn't taste good...but I'm glad to see my favorite food was eaten by my favotite beatboxers!
①Jagariko I can sympathize with the salad flavor being light, but I am surprised that you guys find the tarako-butter flavor to be light as well😳! Tarako(cod Roe) is a well-known ingredient in onigiri (rice ball) and is a favorite flavor in Japan😋.(The name "salad flavor" comes from the use of "salad oil".) ②Ebisen The correct pronunciation is "senbei", not "senbai"😁! Ebisen is so addictive and popular in Japan that once you eat it, you can't stop! Don't worry, there are no River imp in it😂! ③Ebi chips This is another traditional Japanese snack that has been around for a long time! It's true that the shrimp flavor may be strong🦐! But,I like it🥰. ④Atarime This is another traditional food that has been around for a long time, but it is more of a “Otsumami"🍺(accompany alcoholic beverages) Because they have been eaten since ancient times, many of them are dried to keep them from spoiling at room temperature. There are many squid snacks that are softer, fried, shredded...etc🦑 It certainly has a habit, so you may like it or dislike it! You may enjoy it with a mixture of mayonnaise and shichimi-togarashi(Japanese seven spice)! Thanks for all the interesting reactions🥰! I'm getting a better idea of what kind of sweets you guys seem to like🤭. I got the feeling that you guys would not be good at traditional Japanese snacks🤔.
We need a whole series of you guys trying stuff out. This stuff has been so fun so far. Maybe you can make another channel where you make these small vlog type videos where you try out foods from other countries and you rate it.
1) Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce to make sauce. 2) Take the "Atarime" and sear it on the stove. 3) Dip the seared and tender part of the Atarime into the sauce from 1). 4) Bite off the part dipped in the sauce and continue chewing in the mouth. This is the best and tastiest way to strengthen your jaw muscles in Japan 😂 Not sure if the mayonnaise and soy sauce available in the UK is the same as in Japan... I'm using translation software, so sorry if it's weird 😢 1)
