面糊食材:
面粉200克
清水280毫升(可微调整)
盐1小撮
配料:
葱1大把
新鲜海虾8只
鸡蛋2个
洋葱1/2个
红椒或辣椒1小段
红萝卜1/3个
蒜头4瓣
生抽2大匙
醋1大匙
白糖1小匙
香油1汤匙
白芝麻辣酱1小匙
(以上食材可做2个18厘米大的葱饼,供参考)
Ingredients for batter:

1 pinch of salt
Ingredients:
1 large scallion
8 fresh shrimps
2 eggs
1/2 onion
1 small section of red pepper or chilli
1/3 carrot
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of white sugar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of white sesame chilli sauce
(The above ingredients can be made in 2 18cm scallion pancakes for reference)
