Totally agree with everything. I am 55 years old and in the best shape of my life. Most importantly, I have never been this fit and physically strong. All of that is thanks to working out and proper nutrition. I became a professional athlete at 47, and now at 55, I am on the top of my game competing with women half my age.

I am 71. No smoking, no drinking, no drugs (legal or illegal), eat organic, no bad oils, no corn syrup. At 65 I woke in serious stomach pain. Hospital trip revealed a fist sized cancerous tumor in my Secum (turns liquids to solids in intestines). Had surgery to remove secum and appendix. Doing well since.

Recent research with 263 Blue Zone centenerians do not do any exercise other than day-to-day living actively. I'm so tired of these men (99 percent are men) pushing "strenuous workouts." I'm 76, still walk up to and down from my 8th floor apartment. Get 5000-6000 steps. Lift 5pound weights to keep my arms strong. Have great strength grip. Eat a diet that works for my body, live a life of Gratitude, and keep away from people who affect me negatively. I remain pain and meds-free. NO DAMN STRENUOUS EXERCISES!

My grandpa is 96 and still walks 2 miles per day. Granted mentally he is not nearly as sharp as he was a decade ago. On the flip side I've known many people who are pretty much "done" by the time they hit 70.

I’d love for you to have a guest speak on how younger generations are now feeling that effect of aging younger. As you mentioned you felt on top of the world in your 20s, yet I don’t know a 20 year old that feels that way. Sore, not able to recover as quick, lower hormones, etc. would love to know if anyone’s looked into this.

Just look at what you are consuming; no animal alive besides the humans are coocking/alterating before eating. Your design is designed to take in natural food which is in its original form suitable to ingest and digest perfectly. This world/eco system provides for itself through itself in abundance - that means the humans their true food source too. All the animals live their lifespan, completely healthy, when they follow their natural way of eating. So if you would have a human, consuming what nature has providen without any alterations from the moment of birth till moment of death its lifespan is able to reach maximum potential and completely healthy. It is only a question of 'when will finally get this' as a collective. We became so addicted to the alterations it has blind spotted us from our inherent truth., and it is very lovely to see how a number of people are very eager to increase our lifespan and to be in our healthiest, and yet we cannot yet see that were we are getting our knowledge from is already a false start. All the love

"What do we do when we can do anything?" "Do we uplevel the challenges that we do?" 🤔 Hmmm - well until EVERYBODY on this planet has access to clean water and healthy food, i dont think we should "uplevel our challenges" to, for example, living on the moon. Doesn't EVERYONE deserve to live a long and healthy life? It's great to develop the science, medicine, knowledge that will enable people to live to 150 but at the same time let's not let that be just the entitled, rich 0.1% of the world's population.

Absolutely agree. I am neither rich nor poor. These technologies may be available in the next decade or so but only the rich will benefit. The rest will get the crumbs, like free downloads promoting business.

I am so glad someone is finally speaking openly and optimistically about this topic. A patient at work once took a good look at me and said to my face, “you’re going to live to 120”, and that was the biggest compliment and just wake up call to my inner self that this was a thing. That was almost 4 years ago and I am not the same person I was then physically, mentally, emotionally and especially spiritually. I have evolved since and now I believe it’s possible to stretch that even farther and say I want to live to 500 and not look a day older than 50 🩷🧿 but be thriving as well, not just look it.

Perhaps an emphasis on what we can do to experience more robustness in the here and now is part of this message, too. Most often, individuals who suffer physically, mentally, financially, or in other ways don't view physical longevity as appealing. Maybe our takeaway could be what is being learned to improve our journey for however many years we walk this earth... following a path that brings life to our years. Cheers
@nicolafarnhill2184

I totally agree, improve the quality of life for all. Equality needs to be the focus before longevity. We have more cancer now than ever, so only a minority is experiencing a healthy, long life. And yes, I agree we need to be as healthy as possible mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. The challenge in all of this is the governments that hide the essential education around what needs to be done to be healthy. And promotes and allows unhealthy foods and substances and media that encourages, low self esteem, anxiety and depression. Thanks Lewis for holding this interview and putting it out there. My hope is that people awaken from their sleep states induced by social conditioning and begin to trust their intuition in regards to how they should be living ❤

Personally I think the best way to keep healthy is not to engage in anything that tells you how well you are AI will have human limitations in invention and from what I've seen thr previous 4 years is man is very very limited and I'm being kind with that statement. People who are told their illnesses prognosis are quite likely to live that to the letter AI will cause much damage in my opinion
