I’ve had great lengths for years now and actually you can have them rebonded. I usually go for 100 bonds fresh set and after 5-6 months I get them removed and rebonded with my hairdresser and we usually add extra 20 fresh ones. I actually prefer my hair the second time as they feel more like my own hair and they feel amazing. I know that a lot of hairdressers don’t do it but given how expensive they are and in the UK they put a price up each year, it is more affordable ! The longest I’ve had my extensions were 9 months because of lockdown and they were also not that bad which is crazy. I love your hair colour and I agree they are so easy to maintain and I don’t tend to wash my hair that often with them. good luck with your channel and thanks for sharing :-)

This video answered a lot of questions for me. I appreciated the close-up look at the bonds and how you wash style and blow-dry your hair. Since hair sheds, I’m wondering how much hair comes out with the removal of the bonds. Is it more than it obviously would if the bonds were not there? Any breakage? Overall super educational extension video.

How many bonds would you say you have in? I like the way your hair moves. I have mine but to me, it seems too thick. I have like 220 bonds in

The hair is reusable, the ends are snipped off, dipped in a powder keratin and fused back together.

How long does your hair have to be to get these? I recently grew out my pixie cut to a bob and then went to a hairdresser on Thursday for a shape up and she absolutely butchered it, so it's like a pixie in the back with wispy bob pieces in the front. If my wedding is in a little over 4 months will great lengths be possible?

Yes!! Find a great lengths extension specialist near you and set up an apt for them to see your hair in person

How many bundles do you usually have to put in and also how thick is you’re natural hair?

My hair is pretty fine!! I only do 3 bundles. Obviously the thicker your hair the more you need

Don’t brush wet hair 😬 it’s so much more breakable, just go through it lightly with fingers

People: with this type of extension, you MUST brush it that way!!! Otherwise, you will get matting. It’s a special brush. If you don’t have the extensions, don’t comment as if you are the expert here. 🙄

They’re only awesome if they’re put in right and if you find someone who says they’re an expert they’ve been doing it for 10 years blah blah blah and then you go for your six week move up and it’s like OK why are they coming out and they can’t explain it maybe because you put too much in in the first goddamn place and charged me a fortune for screwing up my real hair. k-tips are not perfect. You absolutely cannot get heat near them or you melt them which I never did and you have to brush and brush and brush and that can pull some out. It’s not perfect it just isn’t so when I see these influencers talking about how perfect K tips are? Yeah!

These don’t get “moved up”. They stay in your hair for up to six months. Not sure what type of extension you are ranting about.
