Why always the black box dye removal what about toner removal or lighter as it lightens up to 3 shades I’m having a Malibu CPR today my former stylist put 8N 9N on my highlights I’m 5 N and she didn’t lighten my highlights enough only to a 7 hoping the treatment will remove old toner as well as lighten my highlights 🙏

Why wouldn’t you take clients who used years of box dye? Some women go through hard seasons in life that prevent them from having the money to have salon service. This seems discriminatory and judgmental unless I’m misunderstanding. We should be more supportive and understanding about other women who don’t have the money for professional color but still want to look their best or color their gray.

hairdressers have the right to refuse service from customer either to preserve the health of their hair. box dye chemicals do damage the hair, lightening strips the hair while it's damaged which can melt the hair

First of all. Getting your hair done is a luxury not a right. She’s not discriminating and judging people who choose to color their hair at home. You’re not a hairdresser and wouldn’t understand the complexities around this subject and I’m not going to go through an entire paragraph to explain it when you can Google why some hairdressers don’t do these services.

Its not discrimination. It makes the hair uneven, the results unreliable and the process more difficult and prone to fails (think: super damaged hair full of metals that will melt of during bleaching)

I agree it does feel judgmental to me. I like looking after my own hair and sometimes i like to go to a hairdresser. Hairdressers can refuse, but i wouldn't be happy tbh. As a nurse could you imagine if we turned away someone for their choices.

@@MsLouisez the fact that you are comparing a nurse to a hairdresser is insane. getting your hair done at a salon is not a necessity…

Really pretty endresult for how dark She was 🥰🙌🏻 But i don’t really understand why u put that dark of root on when She is all gray 🙈
@vinoto
Жыл бұрын
Because her mids and ends didn't lift as light as the roots due to previous color she had to darken the roots. Otherwise the end result would have been a hot root looking mess

Hairdressers are too above themselves for a start. They are also gossips and always do clients hair how THEY want it.. they are sarcastic and nothing short of legal robbers with what they charge..

Im sorry thats how you feel with all the hairdressers you’ve encountered. I know a ton of hairdressers that are amazing. And although it may be difficult to find the right hairdresser that best aligns with you and I do believe that everyone should charge their worth.
