At 4 months my donor area didn’t look great, very patchy. You have to be patient, I wouldn’t say anything really until at least 18 months after. I’m 7 months in and so far it’s slow and steady.

Hi Xariah. First things first, thank you for allowing us the audience into your hair transplant journey. You have been very transparent and honest all the way. With that said im actually at a crossroad of choosing clinics, it stands between Longevita & Heva. You have already made it known that if you could choose another clinic you would. My questions to you regarding Longevita are: 1. Was it the surgeon (the lady) who personally performed the procedure, or was it mainly the two men technicians? 2. These technicians what specifically were their tasks? To assist the doctor with equipment? Or to actually perform on your scalp aswell? 3. Was the doctor present at all while you had your transplant? Or did she leave it all to the technicians? 3. How many hours did it take ? Did you have any breaks in between? 4. Did your english speaking rep and doctor have a virtual consultation/follow up with you, after your procedure? Thank you in advance x

Longevita are really hit and miss. I'm 10 months in and I only require my sides done. They told me it would be better to shave all of the front and do the whole thing. However they totally missed the areas I originally wanted and now my donor area is so patchy and thin. My partings back there are so wide. And my front centre part too. They did offer (after some back and forth with them) to do the surgery to fix the problems but I chose not to let them back near my head. I hope yours starts to pick up . Maybe some PRP sessions might help. Give it another couple of months and see how you go. Good luck with it all. 👍🏾

How is your hair now, Lorna @lornafromlondon6106 ? I'm considering having my transplant done at Longevita but am a bit scared 1) because they warn that if we fail the FOX test, they won't perform the surgery on the day and 2) there are quite a few negative google reviews and on there people say they just delete negative reviews. Has your hair filled in- I know they say to wait a year to see real results? Thanks

The language barrier is the biggest con about getting our transplants done abroad- the ladies who actually did my transplant barely spoke any English, but luckily they knew how to ask if I was in pain, how to tell me to turn over, and how to answer when I kept asking how long was left when I was getting tired of the whole procedure!

Have you tried PRP here in the U.S. for that area in the back? That area would be the perfect candidate for the over-harvested area. I was doing that before I got my transplant. And it helps for that, but it didn't help much for the hair line which is why I did the transplant for that . If you try it please keep me posted. I'm sorry that happened to you. We deserve better from medical professionals.

What hair moisturizing, glowing, and thickening products would you recommend to men. Unless I use curls popping hair products, my hair looks like yours without hair products. Oil stuffs make my hair looks like yours without any products on it

This august would make me 6 months post transplant at the company as you in turkey. The back of my head looks likes yours. It’s grown in a bit, so I am hoping once I hit the one year mark the balding will be gone! Fingers crossed it’s not permanent as I wanted to feel confident wearing my hair short. I am using mielle hair growth oil once a day…help hope it grows in later.

I’m hoping it grows in! It’s so discouraging, they need to start paying more attention and only have doctors work on patients not “students” so this won’t happen. Let me know how it grows in!

I will never go out of the U.S. (Just my preference).I’m going to Ft.Lauderdale to Natural Hair Transplants, Hair Restoration Clinic to Dr.Siegel. He’s one of the best hair transplant doctors and he SPECIALIZES in OUR hair texture. That is a must! He’s done so many successful hair transplants with our textures and their hair looks SO good. I go in January. I would really recommend anyone who’s looking to get a transplant to check them out. Do your own research of course. I’ve been researching them for 2 years or more. You will pay more but less isn’t always best. You get what you pay for. Invest when it comes to your health. (P.s I know this is an old video I’m just giving advice to anyone thinking about getting a transplant soon).

@@bbsaby Xariah is going through some doubt. This is VERY common in Hair Transplants. But, she is ONLY at month 4, therefore she is still shedding. She should try to remain calm and let it take it's time. Aint nothing she can do but trust the process and dont rush it. If month 8-9 come around, and that patch aint filled in.......THEN I'd start to worry.

Why are you wearing wigs during the growth- healing process? The friction from the wigs snatches out edges. And why would you put your hair in a ponytail once it grows in? Wigs and ponytails are probably what caused your edges to fall out in the first place. I have weak edges, hence the reason I'm watching your transplant journey videos, and it's been about 10 months since I've worn a lace front wig and with TGIN Repair Serum and Mielle Honey and Pomegranate Shampoo and Conditioner, I'm seeing hair growth along my hairline. I still have some bald spots but I can cover them with the new growth. I would love to get hair graphs but idk if it's worth it after watching yours and Destinee Godley's videos. Thank you though.
