That's the beauty of the FUT procedure, you still have plenty of donor grafts to touch up the temple points or hairline. FUT is the way.

Agree 100%, plus if you did your procedure at a reputable clinic, the scar is barely visible ; even to lenghts downt to guard 3 on a shaver ! incredible procedure.

Thanks for the updates !! Looks very natural. I met with Dr. Wong and have an appointment for an fut transplant late August. Around 4000 grafts. I was debating on going to turkey for an fue. But after doing some research. I am sticking with Dr. Wong. It is a lot more expensive but I believe that I would get better results in the end. That’s all that matters! Hope to see more of your videos! Cheers !

Great progress and looks fantastic. FUT really is the way to go for guys like us who experience extreme hair loss down the road. How many grafts did H&W say you have left if you ever wanted to do another surgery?
@hairmatters7039

Hey Colin , Thank you!! Absolutely agree 100% with you on the FUT. It is still gold standard for aggressive hair loss for a reason. I am glad skilled surgeons still offer it, even though they could piggy bank off their clients with FUE only. As far as remaining grafts, I never asked so I do not know ! :p

Did they say you would need 4,000 grafts before you arrived at the Doctor's office? They quoted me 2,500 grafts, but I think I need closer to 3,500. Can this change the day or your surgery?
@hairmatters7039

This can change once they see you in person , I was initially a 3000-3500, then got quoted for approximately 4K grafts.

hey, I'm probably doing a hair transplant pretty soon but I'm really scared of being bald. Was the hair transplant a big challenge socially in that regard? I want to do it a soon as possible but I don't know if it's a mistake doing it in summer. I have low self-confidence because of the hair but I feel like I'll get judged by everyone even more doing a hair transplant.

@@hairmatters7039 i mean your still looks like your balding alot so the others aside from you there is no objective difference. In terms of not thinking about your hair stop lieing dude u will think about your haor for the rest of your life, and when all the hair is gone the scars in the back will remind you of when you had hair. @@saadk8905 Perhaps you are right I will think about it my whole life, but more positively instead of negatively. I chose to fight hairloss because being bald does not suit me. and yeah, I already presumed I would need a couple more passes to fix my balding, and I am okay with that. Id rather have nice hair than a mercedes, I can afford it. You seem like a bitter person who is bald or balding and regrets not doing something about it, with lots of free time to hate. Wish you the best anyway.

High hairline as always... When will people realize that transplant is useless? I saw plenty of before and after transplant videos and most of the time the problem isn't risolved: still thinning, very tall hairlane, still combovers to hide baldness. Save your money
