🔥奶白色魚湯 重點🔥
要滾到,又甜,又清,又奶白色嘅魚湯
首先要將薑煎香出味,中慢火,魚煎透
唔好心急,煎透後,開大火,撞入滾水,
收中慢火,煲20分鐘,就可以滾湯到,
奶白色魚湯㗎啦
200分魚湯(節瓜魚尾豆腐湯)
材料:
鯇魚尾1把
節瓜2個
軟豆腐1磚
薑幾片
(無需加任何調味料)
處理:
1. 魚尾清洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 節瓜刨去皮,切一舊舊。
3. 薑連皮洗淨,拍鬆。
4. 豆腐洗淨,切大粒。
烹調:
1. 放2湯匙油落鑊。
2. 放薑爆香。
3. 魚尾,用中慢火煎香。
4. 將火調校至大火,煎2分鐘。
5. 加入豆腐煎脆。
6. 放節瓜落鑊。
7. 灒1.5升滾水至完全滾起。
8. 滾起後,用中慢火,再滾15~20分鐘。
9. 倒湯落碗,完成。
Fish tail soup with gourd and tofu
Ingredients:
Tail of grass 1 No.
carp
Gourd 2 Nos.
Tofu (soft) 1 cube
Ginger several
slices
(No seasoning is necessary)
Preparation:
1. Rinse the fish tail with tap water thoroughly. Hang dry.
2. Peel off the skin of gourds. Cut into pieces.
3. Wash the ginger with skin. Flatten softly.
4. Rinse and cut in big pieces of tofu.
Steps:
1. Pour 2 tbsp oil into wok.
2. Put ginger frying for 1 minute.
3. Use medium low flame to fry the fish tail until its skin becomes crispy.
4. Turn to high flame, fry the fish tail 2 minutes more.
5. Add tofu until it becomes crispy as well.
6. Put gourd into wok afterwards.
7. Pour 1.5L boiled water into wok until boiling up.
8 Turn to medium~low flame when the soup boils up, boil 15~20 minutes more.
9. Pour the soup into bowl. Serve.
