I used to eat this. Love this lotus soup. Reminds me to my good old days. Just not easy to find it on market.

This reminds me of my late grandmother. During weekends she will boil this soup for the family and if we put salt or soy sauce to the soup we would get scolded by her. 🤣 good memories!

Really “Cina A Pek” as Chef mentioned himself… but this is really the most local Chinese family cooking at home. the soup with a lot of ❤❤❤
