Haldi Lehsun Kadhi n Matar Pulav
Kadhi
Ingredients:
Curd - 1+1/2 Cup
Besan - 3 tbsp
Water - 2 Cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
Fresh White Haldi( Amba Haldi) - 1/2 To 1 Inch Grated
Ginger Grated - 1/2 inch
Tadka:
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Clove - 5 to 6 no
Cinnamon Stick - 1 no Medium
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Whole Boriya - 2 no
Curry Leaves 7-8 no
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom Powder - Pinch
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Fresh Garlic - 1 tbsp
Pulav:
Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Tadka :
Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
Clove - 7 to 8 no
Cinnamon Sick - 2 Stick
Cumin - 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts - 10 to 12 no
Raisins - 3 tbsp
Green Cooked Peas - 1/2 Cup
Method:
Take a Pan and add Curd, Besan, Water blend with blend and Keep above the gas, Cook and Boil , Stir Continuesly.
Take Basmati Rice n Soak Rice for 1 Hour , Remove Water and Keep aside.
Take a pan and add Water boil for Some time then add a little Oil , Salt , and Add Soaked rice and Let Boil and Cook then add Lemon Juice ,Cook 2 min and Strain it .Spread over.
In Kadhai add Sugar,Salt to taste ,Ginger Chilli Paste ,Amba Haldi Grated and Ginger Grated .Mix Properly,Let Cook and Boil.
Tadka:
Take a Tadka Pan and add Ghee , Clove ,Dal Chini, Fenugreek,Jeera,Curry Leaves,Whole Boriya Mirch,Hing, Add Tadka and Close the Lid and Mix Properly
Add Cardamom Powder, Boil and add Coriander and add Fresh Garlic and Mix keep aside.
Pulao:
Take a Tadka Pan and add oil , Ghee , Clive and Dalchini Stick ,Cumin ,Cashew nuts , Raisins , Switch off the flame add above the Rice , Boiled Peas mix with Fork .and Serve .
