Hi 👋🏻 ! Thanks for the video. The problem is I can stomach the gels one too many. Maybe 1-2 gels and a banana or sweet potato. I even contemplating having rice balls! Trying UCAN at the moment.

Try to keep track of the number of calories and carbs that you’re taking and adjust from there based on how you feel. UCAN seems to really work for a lot of people. Would love to hear what you think.
