My husband is military. You’re basically trained to be an instructor at the get, well at least in special operations jobs. And thats part of the selection. Or at least one of the human values. The MTS or master training specialist qualification that military get is super huge for contractor/government jobs. I was a recruiter for a bit. Mts, e5 or above, advance tech fields, and usmapps regardless of clearance gets you so many opportunities. Even guys that got kicked out of military but had those qualifications were put on top of list.

@sixhundred3score6
Ай бұрын
I think in situations with more man power, you absolutely can move long as typically you'll have at least another 4 man behind you, depending on how deep into that structure you are. A peek for situational awareness is ok, but when you're forced to divert into an open room, you need that last man close.
@denniskielton2447
Ай бұрын
your stock us QD mounted on the wrong side, you guys were WAY too close together while entering the first room once that door opened team leader was for sure getting shot because he couldn't back up after doing the open. Whoever opens needs to be able step out of the way, your security being 2" behind you WILL jam you up, especially in gear like that. p.s. Your flag is shiny, your slings re all set up in a way where you could never negotiate a real sized door without chocking yourself, along with too many other mistakes to count or care about enough to list here. Good video if you want an example of dudes training for airsoft, and how you should train (finding and correcting your mistakes) but you should maybe wait until you've ironed those things out to make a video? p.s. I’m pretty sure most of these tactics are now outdated, I'm not expert though. ADD: No, you DO NOT need to be fast, you need to move at the speed you can process info, which isn't very fast in high stress scenarios. That advice will get you killed, don't run into a room you haven't seen unless you absolutely need to, you're always safer in the spot you've already cleared (i.e., where you're breaching the door from.

If I got what you are saying correctly. It all depends on where the open door is in the room. First you call it out, open door and that could dictate how far some people enter the room. Could be a limited penetration. Then flow into another stack as like normal. The number 1 will dictate entry. Depending on your team, someone might still be doing security as you work that door

Having spent much of my life taking down bad guys for a living with hundreds of warrants served as a police officer, and dozens of missions in the military, I have to say, this is the worst CQB method I have ever seen. I could just start going into critique after critique of the most obvious and glaring errors, but then I would be educating our enemies who ALSO watch these videos where our people share everything they learned which took a clearance to get, and a brutal indoctrination before it was taught, and now they put it all out there on KZitem to every Tom, Dick, and Harrry. However, if this was taught with the intention of confusing our enemies to get them all shot easily in a CQB situation, then my apologies, carry on. Great job.

Weirdly your bio shows Florida not Atlanta. The other thing is seems like your leo and military experiences over lap each other so not sure how you could have accomplished hundreds of warrants and dozens of military missions during the same time...that usually means national guard or reservist so not alot of cqb there. Also sorry but the " I'd tell you I know what I'm talking but its a secret"🙄. That sounds exactly like every poser saying "I'd tell you my military info but it's classified". Do you actually think the bad guys don't have the same access to training that every citizen has? You think they are relying on combing youtube for tactical training and not just taking a course or paying a former trainer to teach them? Cause if that's true you didn't learn much of anything as military or leo.
@davecummings7477
6 күн бұрын
@aaronfilipowich3877 If you understood anything about military service in the U.S., you would know that recruitment contracts often have a reserve requirement at the end of an active contract (i.e., 6 +2), and some stay much longer in the reserves, so yes, a person can be serving high risk warrants all month, and then train one weekend a month and then be deployed for a few months out of the year to some place to train, advise, and "support" a host country. And here's a big reveal that no one saw coming, I am retired from hero work and now live in the sunshine state, or maybe I'm not. It's classified. Lol. As for this bullshit about "Oh, the enemy can just go to some civilian training facility to learn the same stuff." Yeah, my exact point. And who is running it? Jokers who got out of our military and have no other skills, and so they run youtube channels and civilian training to every Tom, Dick, and Harry. Ever hear of the Ramadi snipers? Not that totally made up story about Chris Kyle, but the real one. It was actually a team of snipers. After one team was finally captured and "debriefed," their "den" was raided, and guess what was found as their primary training manual that took civilian nobodies and turned them into lethal killers? Major John Plaster's book "The Ultimate Sniper" which is essentially a simplified training manual with an entire career of information in it on everything from range finding, stalking, MOA, and ballistic specs for different cartridges and weapons. It even has pictures in it so a child could understand it. So, one guy who decided to profit from his military service by writing a book caused the death of HUNDREDS of U.S. soldiers, including a very close friend of mine. So yes, things are classified for a reason, and for this reason, we used to be called "silent professionals." It seems not anymore. We now have a bunch of profiteers and glory hounds who can't wait to tell all of our secrets on the Shawn Ryan show.
