[Hamburg Steak Recipe] 3~4servings
- Ingredients: 150g Ground beef, 150g Ground pork, 1 Onion, 3 Button mushrooms, Olive oil
- Meat seasoning: 1/2cup Bread crumbs, 1 Egg, 1tbsp Ketchup, 1/2tbsp Mustard, 1tsp Minced garlic, 1/2tsp Salt, Pepper
- Sauce: 1tbsp Butter, 1/2cup Water, 3tbsp Tonkatsu sauce, 2tbsp Ketchup, Salt, Pepper

Recipe
1. Slice button mushrooms. Cut onion into halves, slice thinly one half, and mince the other half.
2. Add some oil to a heated skillet, and add minced onion. Add some salt and pepper to taste, sauté for a while, and set aside to chill.
3. Place saluted onion, meat, and meat seasoning in a bowl and mix well. Divide patty into quarters, make ball shape patties, and flatten top and bottom.
4. Add oil to a heated skillet, place patties and fry over medium heat until golden brown on the outside. Reduce heat to low, cover, and fry more to cook inside of the patties.
5. Add butter to a heated pan, place thinly sliced onion and white mushrooms, and sauté for 2 mins. Add sauce ingredients and simmer.
6. Transfer the patties to dishes, pour sauce, and add some vegetable garnish to your preference.
