新疆哈密瓜營養湯
哈密瓜粟米紅蘿蔔瘦肉湯
材料:
新疆哈密瓜半個
紅蘿蔔1個
粟米1支
薑2片
蜜棗2粒
瘦肉300克
處理/程序:
1. 大火煲滾清水1升,放瘦肉出水1分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨,切一舊舊。
2. 粟米,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切一舊舊,放煲內。
3. 紅蘿蔔,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切一舊舊,放煲內。
4. 蜜棗、薑片,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。
5. 哈密瓜,表皮洗擦乾淨,1開2,去籽,切一舊舊,放煲內。
6. 瘦肉,放煲內。
7. 加入清水至容量4.5升。
8. 大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲1小時。
9. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Xin Jiang hamimelon half No.
Carrot 1 No.
Sweet corn 1 No.
Ginger 2 slices
Candied dates 2 Nos.
Pork meat 300g
Preparation/Steps:
1. Heat up 1L of water high flame. Boil the meat for a minute. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces.
2. Sweet corn, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces. Put in the pot.
3. Carrot, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces. Put in the pot.
4. The dates, ginger slices, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot.
5. The melon, rinse the skin with tap water. Divide it into 2 shares. Remove seeds. Dice in cubes. Put in the pot.
6. Pork meat, put into the pot.
7. Add in water up to volume of 4.5L.
8. Heat up at the high flame. Turn to medium flame-low flame. Boil for 1 hour.
9. Complete. Serve
