Awesome Video On Coils. Making Washers, Insulating the 1018 IRON CORE With packing Tape, Some people also use plumbers Teflon Tape. Some use an expensive Kryptonite tape. Packing Tape is Brilliant. If you use Teflon you have to make sure it is applied in the direction you wind coils. The Varnish is Old School I Love It ! Copper wire typically 24 gauge. Some use insulated wire some plain. The Washers are typically Phenolic or PVC Some Use Robbins. For Machine Springs Use 1015 Steel, coil Stock. Just a tip. This is a great video Thanks For Sharing! Take Care. BILL KEARNEY. :-)

Hello, Awesome video. i noticed you cut you inside wire as the lead wire and the outside as the coil link.Is there a particular reason for this type of coil layout? Thanks
@VladakellaGruzin

+Alchemy Alloys Tattoo If I understand you correctly, you are asking why I cut deflected directly into the groove of the lower washer? This allows you to better put the wire, with no gaps.

@VladakellaGruzin

+Adolfo Menchaca Hello, thank you, you can specifically ask a question? 1) How long have I wind the coil, or 2) how long it takes a pair of winding coils 3) How long does the production of coils from scratch?

How long does it take the production of the coils from scratch?
@VladakellaGruzin
8 жыл бұрын
+Adolfo Menchaca carve 4 washers, 2 core, thermo-burnishing cores, isolate and collect the washers, wire wound and draw the look, come out about 1 hour + solder coil on the frame. Never timed time, because the work is not done at the same time ..) is a pre-made components.

@VladakellaGruzin

Привет,катушки от 20 до 30 мм,провод 0.5-0.65 мм,с размерами сложнее,это личные наработки ,которые притом варьируются в зависимости от машины)))И да,я конечно продаю машины,мне одному,так много не нужно))))
