I loved the little bit at the end best Kino. Don’t get me wrong the instruction was amazing, I’m headed to practice now… but the end makes me want to jump up and down that you keep the soul of yoga in your message and pass that wisdom along with your instruction. There is a lot to work on for handstands. I’d recommend starting with a full course like my Handstand Mechanics one 🙏

Very difficult if you are not as flexible in your forward bend. So then it is without a kick up/jump movement not possible to get de hips above and over the shouders. Too bad that a lot very good yoga teachers cannot place themselves in the position of people who are bit less flexible.
