Hey guys! Have you missed me? Here is another workout for you that you can do to help build your press handstand strength! These are some fun exercises you can do with just a pair of socks and your floor. These are all about upper body & core strength. Remember to focus on compression when you do some of these as well! Think, bring your thighs to your belly. That is what really helped me with my press handstand. ALSO, get excited because Whitney Simmons is collaborating with Gymshark and her new line is so cute!
