Brilliant video Yuri, Ive done most of my hanging with feet off the ground, going after strength for so long. I haven't ever thought of easing back and exploring. Placing my feet down actively improvising movement has been such a game changer for me. Cheers mate

The german hang was back in the old days (and sadly also in concentration camps) a torture method. On the other side its also a common BDSM-technique.

Great video! The cue with the basic passive hang was very helpful! I mostly hang on bars but currently I can't hang in a supinated grip because of my tennis elbow. Do you have ideas what to do/ work on ?

Take a lacrosse ball and tack and twist on various parts of the muscle belly of the flexor group and extensor group while mobilizing your hand in the 6 standard directions (supination, pronation, ulnar deviation, radial deviation, extension, flexion) and in rotation. Spend 5 minutes a day on this. I'm not a doctor but I got this from Kelly Starrett, a mobilizing guru.
