The last thing the government wanted to see was a group of people they had previously oppressed with no problems suddenly exercising their rights in a serious way.

I'm more of a mountain boy then a country boy (Northern California) but man let me tell ya Hank Jr. hit the nail on the head with this one. I love being self sufficient as much as I can, I've learned a lot about agriculture from my pops, I've learned a lot about cars and trucks and repairing shit, learned a lot about nature and being outdoors, and most importantly I learned to respect people and respect myself. I have a lot more to learn but the Williams family's music inspires me to be a good man. And respect to everyone surviving today's bullshit and bettering themselves as they go on. Keep strong people!

This song represents the best places in America. The small country towns. Where we stick together we love our country and care for our family and neighbors. I am proud to be a country boy. I don't need no city's and I can protect myself and family.
@matthewwindom3051
6 жыл бұрын
Where we go to WalMart, the small businesses are dead, the factories are gone, *except Koch foods, a pleasure to work for* and all that's left of the american dream is maybe a nail salon owned by immigrants. By the way, we both no small country neighbors are such gossipy bitches that even Davy Crockett once said when he could see the smoke from his neighbor's chimney, he knew it was time to move. Don't glorify being uncultured and uneducated...being "simple" gives you neither any special wisdom (that everyone around you lies and tells you it's "common sense") nor any special claim on being "more american". Normally it just means you're part of a group of easily lead dupes who every election vote against their own interests because the other side blows a dog whistle.
@erickrichardson854
6 жыл бұрын
Matthew Windom you obviously are unaware of true country life. I am far from uneducated or stupid. and living in a city is not good. and yes I will glorify the simple life. I live in the mountains no traffic, no a holes trying to rob people. no cops harrasseing people. a place where neighbors look out for each other. a place where I can leave the keys in my truck and not worry. a place where we did not want Hillary in the Whitehouse to really destroy our country. commenting about us and not knowing what your talking about makes you sound uneducated. I would rather deal with gossiping than having to deal with crooked cops.

Isnt that true. September 13th they implement our vax pass... fight as hard as you need to stop this. It won't be long before they start throwing the unvaxxed in camps. Living in north BC. We wont not comply! Give me liberty or give me death, no compromise, not anymore.
