The HI98118 is a super sturdy and easy to calibrate meter to keep in your tool box. Calibrate easily and often with Hanna's Quick Cal solution or using your bottle of 4.01 and 7.0 standards.
pH is the hydrogen ion concentration of a solution, telling you how acidic or basic a solution is. Nutrient availability of plants is dependent on pH with an optimum range of 5.8 to 6.5 for most plants.
