I found your channel looking for pictures on web to decide how I wanted to make my 59 3100 a dually. I have a 95 gm dually donor for my build.

I disagree with the guy on the original patina, you made it fresh, giving the body longer life while making it your own and did a super job!

Very cool build. Also, you are so lucky you both are into building projects like this. I still haven't found a cool lady who is into cars and trucks let alone join me in the shop

At 27:49 of this video you should make that picture poster size and use for fund raising. I know I'd buy one. Btw, what year truck did you use for the front bumper?

All that hard work to make it look like a rust bucket! I’m sure I would have gone for the primo paint instead. Personally, I’m thinking of renewables. I like a highbred , wood fired generator with electric drive train, and some battery storage for the hill climb.

How did you make the coil spring rear end a dually? Dually adapters or weld brackets for the control arms to a dually axle?
@oregonfordguy9812

its a custom hung airbag suspension.

Question is did you use a stock 2500 coil sprung axle with spacers, or modify a 3500 axle to fit?

I've built a lot of really cool things in my day, still do, but what stands out to me after watching several of your videos is just how much you get to interact with this particular truck. I mean overnight it put y'all on the map, and now it's an integral part of your brand. Crazy how things like this take on a life of their own! I mentioned earlier "overnight", haha...how much time do you think you have in those rear fenders?

I’d make a few changes instrument cluster led , headlights snd taillights lights led, grill and side view mirrors black, make the shifter mirror the steering wheel style wise. And I would make it so I can haul my motorcycle in the bed ride it right up and it locks in place along with tie downs. Truck is perfect though my changes are specific to me.

That truck is the Bomb! I'm from Wisconsin & really hope someday I get to meet you guys & see some of your trucks in person. My old trucks are all gas powered just because I'm not familiar with diesels but still enjoy hearing & seeing diesel powered vehicles. Thank you for sharing.
