Thank you. I built that last year and been having lots of fun with it. Finally don't have to worry about hitting other things now.

I hate to burst your bubble ... trust me ... but this video was made before the problem with my voice manifested itself. Thank you though for the well-wishing ... it is very much appreciated. This is a decent sword. Like I said in the video though ... bit of an odd duck with that short blade and all the deco going on with all the iron works. But, I guess, those things do make it unique.

I usually buy from one of three places although there are more out there. Kult of Athena, Sword Buyers Guide, or By The Sword. I do not sell swords professionally although I do every once and a while off ones I have via my eBay account.

I like your channel. Let me ask you a question. Have you ever had a Katana made of T10 steel? I was wondering if it's durable.
@mr.excalibur1455

T10 is essentially a suped up version of 1095 high carbon steel. They add a bit of tungsten to it for added durability. At mid range T10 tends to be a pretty common and reliable steel especially for slightly more affordable katana. The steel can take a differential temper and tends to hold a good edge. The best one I had was made by Iron Tiger Forge which is a Kult of Athena exclusive brand. Nice sword!!!

Dude your background music is so loud its hard to hear what your saying. Maybe turn the music track down a bit ? I notice it on most your videos. Thanks for your reviews and have a great day.

Good to see a review about this sword, I really like the design. A few questions: Any idea how the build quality compares to other Hanwei of similar price range? (Eg PPK, Raptor) Do you think this sword is also capable of cutting harder targets, Like bamboo?

I have not taken this sword apart ... but ... the build feels solid in the hand even after a little test cutting. I would say it comparable to the practical series has far as a solid construction. I would say this blade will hold up to harder targets like bamboo.

I think the blade should be about 5 inch's longer to short for my preference but good sword and nice saya as well love the red color and would love to see you try tatami and double cuts as well my firend

You'll get no complaints from me on the blade length. However ... it does make for a very fast sword! As for the tatami mats ... meh ... might get to it someday.

You should make sure people see and understand the habaki has the hwrs code engraved ( 15:19 ) as it is a major turn off. Almost as bad as "China" engraved in the Shikoto blades.

The music is always so loud compared to your voice, if you fixed this, the videos, in my oppinion, would actually be even better
