If you are looking for consistently perfect boiled eggs every time then this is the method you must try. I have been a chef for over 40 years and this is the way I boil my eggs in the morning. Soft boiled or hard boiled all you need to do is to change the time, once you have it then you will have runny yolks of soft creamy set yolk every time. There are also some tips on how to stop that disgusting grey ring forming around the yellow centre as well as hacks on how to successfully peel your eggs.
