Its not as hard as you would think but does take practice and getting used to. I wouldn't really recommend learning on a Harley or really any really large powerful bike but you can. I learned to ride on a Harley sportster and so did a friend of mine. Its a lighter bike and pretty forgiving to a new rider plus you can get them super cheap and upgrade them to any style and power level you could possibly want. The new efi motor with a 1275 engine kit and turbo is an absolute monster in a bike that size... If you want to learn to ride do it, you won't regret it.

More Zac/bike stuff, please, on the regular! And I think Scumbug needs a 2-wheeled counterpart, an enduro build would be way cool. A lot of us have to own only reasonable cars/trucks due to funds/space, but nearly everyone has money/space/time enough for a bike or two. I do my hot-rodding on dual-sport motorcycles, and before I got so scared of distracted traffic I had a '72 Triumph Bonnie bobber that was my only transportation for a couple years (I'm a smallish dude, Harleys are AWESOME but they're a little cumbersome for a 150-pounder to maneuver around in a crowded gas station parking lot, even Sportsters). I LOVE the Zac/bike content.

Good video. Of course everyone claims a performance increase with a stage 1 but I've found this to be largely subjective and anecdotal. It would be great to do a dyno run to see what the actual numbers are in terms of performance increase (HP and Torque). I imagine not huge but hopefully significant. Also be curious to know what the performance difference would be with slip-on's vs full exhaust. Does anybody out there know?? Thanks for a good video

Loud pipes save lives.
@stk0308
5 жыл бұрын
Bullshit. Loud pipes lose rights. Learn to ride, don't hide in blind spots, and riding defensively will save your life more than decibels from pipes. The overwhelming percentage of dead riders were made so by a car turning left in front of them. Pipes are pointed to the rear of the bike. Won't help.
