That Sailor Moon song at the end was actually one of the first songs I TRIED to play on the harp. I'm so inspired and humbled by how supportive people still are about this video! Your words are so kind!. I don't know about a past life but when I look back at when I was little and learning the violin, I feel like I should have just picked the harp up instead and that would have been the end of it.

I did my first lesson today. You're a great encouragement. Are you reading the music as well?

I can't believe people are still watching and making commenting this video! Yep! I am reading sheet music as well though I have learned one of these songs well enough to do them by memory now!

You can put the harp on whatever side you want. Ideally the side without tuning pegs pok8ng you in the face. Your hand can be as high or low as you want. Guitarists and violinists don’t pluck from the centre of the string, nor does a piano. Ignore ‘rules’. Play what feels right

David, you are so kind! I'm working on a lot of different techniques now to play with the sound and the resonance, also to help with things like lever changes. My world is expanding!

That was fun to watch. I was hoping she’d close her mouth and not wiggle her tongue around and she finally did! But that was very cool. I’m just learning Lyre and it is nearly impossible to find music. I got a few harp pieces and books but when I am working on 16 strings it can get so frustrating. Or just finding music in the key of C! And everything has bass clef when my instrument doesn’t go that low.

A nervous habit I'm still trying to break I'm afraid. I closed my fish mouth only to now chew the inside of my cheek when I'm struggling. SO EMBARRASSING!!
