Breaks my heart everytime I hear "Without You". Having lost the love of my life 4 years ago after 40 years is sometimes still too hard to bare. When he recorded these songs I was a young man in my early 20's. Little did I know how they would affect my life. I'm now 76.

I'm sorry for your loss and the difficulties you've had in the years since. I don't know your situation, but having been in a long term relationship myself I have to imagine the person who gave you so much love wished for your happiness all along and would want you to be happy even in their absence. I wish for 2022 to be one of the best years you've known and for both of us to continue reminding ourselves of great music we've known and finding even more greats!

It’s amazing just how talented he was. He went from working in a bank to having a hit record in less than a year and he never played a concert ever!!! Super talented and super self destructive . I’m a Musician ( singer) and have never made it to super stardom but was around and good friends with superstars. Their life is really hard one. To be on top of your game every time someone sees you is a hard act to folllow but his Dad was the biggest disappointment he faced! Great singer songwriter and he is missed terribly!
