The high peaks of mild hair loss on the sides of his hairline actually looked very flattering on Harry, imo. I'm glad he didn't get rid of the corners completely. They compliment his face by adding a kind of peak-a-boo effect to his forehead, and they emphasize his widow's peak which gives him sort of an effortless rocker vibe without having to have an unusual haircut or very long hair. It's kind of like having just the subtle suggestion of a mohawk. I can see not liking that on one's self, but it really suits a pop star who is moving into a more seasoned era of multi-faceted self-expression, beyond the teeny bopper heart throb legacy his baby hairline reflected. Not all baldness is bad, just like David Bowie's broken pupil made him even more iconic somehow. Looking the exact same as everyone else in a particular demographic is not all that desirable, imo.

I think the one-sided receding can be easily explained. It started around the same time he started growing his hair longer and keeping it to one side. He never changed his side part. So tension to the scalp from the constant pulling and fixing probably caused that side to recede faster than the other. I think this also explains his hairline receding overall because he would often wear tight ponytails and buns during this time. I was hoping you would mention this so I decided to add it in. With that being said, I don't think he got anything done until 2023. The back and forth of the hairline just seems to depend on whether or not his hair is styled or more casual in my opinion. But either way, he was bullied severely for his hair so I just hope that he's happy with it now.

Great video as always. One suggestion from a filmmaker. It feels like whatever camera you're using is on a wide angle lense, maybe 24-35mm equivalent? And your face is really close to it, so you're getting a warping effect pulling your nose closer. Any portrait photographer will tell you a portrait looks a bit nicer and flatter, more natural with something like a 50mm and above. Obviously this means the camera is farther from your face to fill the frame the same way. I'd consider it thought. if you're at a 24, try a 35mm and that will do a lot of the work. Or sit slightly farther back and crop the frame. No sense you doing such excellent work talking about the subtleties of improved looks when your filmmaking undercuts this for your own good looks.

You should say Finasteride slows hair loss not stops it. If 90% of people "halted" their hairloss from when they started taking it, then those who started taking it at Norwood 1 or Norwood 2 in their early 20s would still be the exact same 30 years later, which is basically never the case.

Can you make a video about the EU/EMA says it will review all the evidence to decide whether the authorizations for these drugs should be maintained, changed, suspended or withdrawn in the European Union. Regarding finasteride-ban
@enid9911
3 күн бұрын
Yes it is sexist just how they stopped the male pill trials because 1 guy became infertile and 2 guys had permanent reduction in sperm... which is a good thing because it means that men can't get trapped by women into fatherhood. The same goes for finasteride which makes sperm quality worse too. Maybe some men want to take finasteride, so they don't have to worry about getting someone pregnant. I mean even men who got blowjobs and the woman secretly inserted the outcome into her underhole demanded child support and a court agreed. If that guy had taken finasteride, his semen would have probably not been potent enough to survive the blowjob insertion. The EU wants men to be walking sperm banks.This is the only reason why they want to ban finasteride. I hope Doctor Gary will talk about this in a future video!!!

I thought he looked great with no hair. The people who complained about him cutting his hair through he looked fine until they were informed it was Harry. His 1D fans can't accept the fact that he's 30 and likes women. His fans are delusional and deranged. Anyway, my hypothesis is that he hasn't had a hair transplant and most likely never will. His mother said he shaved his hair because he felt like it. He should have kept his hair shaved because people would have eventually moved on.

Legally, adulthood is often recognized at 18 or 21 years old, depending on the country. However, biological maturity, particularly brain development, continues until around the age of 25 . This means that while individuals are legally adults before 25, their brains and bodies are still maturing. So I am not sure if its wise to advice such a treatment to such young audience as the blocking of DHT might have negative influences on their maturation process. Especially if you're a late bloomer with deveopment and you still look very young, then this DHT might make you look more mature rather than a boy for your whole life, and then I'm speaking about very surface level consequences alone. In the body there lower influence of DHT a good deal of your developing years and they can not fully express what they intended to do. However, I understand young men do not want to go bald, but the long term effects of taking finestide at such a young age have not been researched well, so it's going to be a gamble what the effects are. I It may soundstrange, but I wonder to what degree lowering DHT can be compensated by increasing testosterone. I know the are not the same, but they are as close as you can get without getting hair loss) .Of course you might need a slightly higher dose of Fin to block the extra testosterone that is converted to DHT, but the testosterone might help the man-boy of lets say 19 develop into a full blown men tilll 25, just like has bene showcased in a lot of steroid users. They develop what looks like a second puberty, as their hair will darker, jaws will grow, brow bones will grow. It is possible their personality changes a bit too into the masculine direction, in a similar manner that puberty does, but I think that s the whole point. I think it should at least be considered that if you're 19 and have a babyface and younger than you are, it's going to make it harder to attract a mate too, as women are attracted to men more than boys (just _on average_ of course). Also, the chances of their personality changing in the more masculine direction are increased if they're younger than 25 because the body is still in it's development phase before 25. I do not propose to go on steroids as that is illegal, however, there are clinics that offer this as TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). While the regular client of such places are older men, as their testosterone is declining, it might be useful too in a case like this where potentially a man stays more childlike their entire lives. Of course if you're an early developer, with early puberty and high (enough) testosterone/ this all might not be such an issue since you likely also transformed from boy to man, but a lot of guys are on the other end of the spectrum. In biology there is term called ' neoteny' that describes delayed maturation, meaning biological maturation is delayed so much that while sexual adulthood is reached, the lifeform remains to have childlike tendencies their entire life and are basically stuck being a man-boy or boy-men. East asian have a high level of tjos neoteny and they're the brightest in terms of IQ, but they're usually not that attractive to a lot of women (of other ethnicities) because in my view of their neoteny. The only positive I see is that exactly in the years testosterone has been declining (it has been declining since the 50's ever since it was measured with 1% each year for men of the same age, so likely before that too), our intelligence has been increasing. We think the average IQ is 100 at that has always been the case, but in reality our average IQ has been increasing ever since the early 1900s ever since it was measured. In the way we handle IQ, we make the average IQ 100, so while that average increases, people still think an IQ of 100 means the same as 50 years ago, but 50 years ago you needed to have far less correct answers to get an IQ of 100, as the average person also didnt do that well. In Raw IQ points we are 30 IQ points more intelligent than a century ago. This is called the Flynn effect. This whole comparison of the body and mind and the development goes hand in hand with intuitive idea of a smart guy and a dumb brute. the brute has high testosterone, is stronger, has more masculine appearance, but yet is less intelligent on an academic level. Usually these people are more ' doers' than ' thinkers'. Most " geeks" are not the epitome of masculinity either, in terms of being a brute and the stereotype of the jock that struggles with school grades is not a stereotype for no reason at all. Even media uses this as for example "heavy" from the game Team fortress 2 is such a case where the character is displayed to be very masculine in terms of voice, looks, behavior but he's dumb. This feels like it makes sense. IT would be odd of he was the doctor character and the doctor called ' medic' in the game had his personality. That would intuitively feel 'off' . Anyway, a long ramble about some ideas related to this..but such subjects are just interesting to think about I think. Hope everyone has a great day today and wish you all the best!!

i've seen this claim that the brain matures until 25 (and apparently it stops after that) but i've never seen any explanation on what does it actually mean. Can you explaine?
