Another great video catch n cook! Crazy, as a kid growing up in Kona back in the 70's & 80's and an avid free diver we almost never dove on da Hilo side. Was usually sketchy, brown water and no like get eaten from da big 🦈🦈🦈 Of course, we were spoiled w/crystal clear waters and plenty fish on da west side. Definitely enjoyed watching you & Braddah Z goin for it! Keep up da good work Jason 🤙🤙🤙

Ho Brah, excellent show, as usual. Bradah Z shines again. When you guys baked the lobster I saw the glass dish Z used, and it gave me a PTSD moment. Same thing. Using glass Pyrex. Only thing different was we broiled the lobster. Took um out of the oven, put um on the stainless sink, and the fricken thing exploded in my hands. The hot onto the cold thing. Glass went everywhere. Nobody got cut, and we were able to salvage the bugs, but that trip turned out to be more dangerous in the cooking than in the catching. Later

The funny part is most my cousins are surfers and only like 2 of us like 3 pronging. Whenever I ask if somewhere is good they say no. Its because surfers want the waves and rough waters and divers want no waves and calm waters. We looking for two different types of places. Northshore Kauai my fave.....3 beaches good because the barrier reef breaks the waves.

Nice day catching/harvesting fresh grinds and cooking them up! Had myself a chilly dive 12/31/23 over here in Rockport, MA. 5° water, 1-3° air, 10-18 knot onshore wind, 6m viz, and low swell. Hands were ice cubes every second I took them outta my mitts, but it was a beautiful day out on the water! Been seriously considering buying a Highfield CL 360 RIB for a little shore dive taxi to expand my range and cut out all the lugging around of dive gear & paddle boats. Curious to hear your thoughts on what the best little motorboat would be for spearfishing. Lots of love, brother!
