Steak Loaded Hash Browns
Ingredients
A Pack Thin Sliced Skirt Steak
A Pack Of Rectangular Hash Browns
Ketchup, Mayo, Dijon Mustard
Hot Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Mixed Shredded Cheese (Mexican Style)
Green & Red Onion
Salt & Pepper (White & Black)
Meat Tenderizer (Unseasoned)
Onion Powder
Kashmiri Chili Powder (Regular Chili Powder Works Too)
Steak Seasoning
EVOO
Butter
The Process
Season, tenderize, and bake your steak until fully cooked (300 for about 40-50 minutes)
Upon your steak being cooked, preheat your air fryer.
Place your desired amount of Hash Browns (seasoned with Salt & Black Pepper) and cook until crispy
The Sauce
Place the following into a container and stir until well combined:
Ketchup
Mayo
Dijon Mustard
Hot Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Note: Set aside some chopped Green & Red Onion with the cheese for later use. Use your desired amount.
Assembly
Once everything is cooked and crispy, plate your dish by placing your Hash Browns down
Followed by some sauce, cheese, and onions
Top it off with some steak pieces
