I also really like his qcb1 "electric" after d4 because it backs you up in case they throw out something by doing a pseudo backdash with sway, and then you can react with qcb1 to whiff punish an attack or to punish them for standing there and respecting you by landing it on block. You can also just use a different attack or cancel the sway if you see them crouch or step. It compliments well with his new 1+2 sway cancel to really turn Bryan into more of a stance character if you want to.

A great thing about the -1 oh of db3 is that you can use fc df4 afterwards which will punish jabs from opponent, if they check you with a mid you can backdash, sidestep in the background or you can ws3 ch launch unless they have an i12 mid, in that case backdash, ss or ws4

A note: FC d/f+4 does not CH launch anymore.

doesnt launch anymore to reduce risk reward ratio between ws3 and fc df4

@@DeathsIntent96 That's sad, I didn't know that, I guess it still is -10?

@@Demon_Aura Yep, pretty much just a low risk/low reward option now. Decent at the wall but not too useful otherwise.

the db3 into ws3 or fc df4 is strong but its best done after some conditioning on what ur options are after db3,if they respect too much i like db3 cc db3
