Would she and her cohort accept my version of the river to the sea? "From the river to the sea shall be Hamas free" or "From the river to the sea should be Israeli ".

Is it just me, or do others hear fingernails across a blackboard when Chloe makes an appearance, Oh, and btw, her parroting of "From the river to the sea ..." is definitely hateful and it tells everyone who she is.

Great conversations. I really appreciate keeping up with what’s happening with New Zealand, outside of New Zealand. By listening to conversations like these.

This is interesting. Is and should and how would free speech be protected within without consequence within religious organisations, within government departments. When government officials or employees speak to the public should they be able to say whatever they want. Should employees of corporations and private companies be able to say whatever they want considering they know confidential information that could harm the business and venefit competitors. Can you say whatever you want in front of young or vulnerable people. Can people in the medical professions talk openly about their clients. Maybe in a free and open society but when certain information is shared it can have life changing negative impacts on people. How many people say things they later find out are wrong and cause harm. So really, we understand the need for discretion and diplomacy so information can be shared in a non inflammatory way. And even hurtful information can be presented in a way tha creates understanding and helps rather than harms people. Socisl norms have developed over thousands of years for good reason. What we say and how we present it is important and need to be conscious of.

Remember it was pointed out to her earlier of what this statement meant and she carried on regardless with real hate in her voice

I think you will find that Chloe did not 'admit' it was a hateful comment. I think you will find she said that some people construe the comment as hateful. To show support for a group of people does not mean you hate the other. As has been often said for Palestinians to be free to live in Isreal under the full protection of Isreal laws and international law does not imply hatred towards law abiding Isrealise, the bulk of whom are law abiding. So where is the hatred.

If Swarbrick could make words real weapons ,she'd have killed her opponents several times over ,and not let them get a chance to utter one word . She's a hater at heart , not a nice person at all !
