When it came to the end, my legs started to shake so I had to take a little 1 min break. It's my first time doing yoga for almost an hour, so it was a challenge. Let's see how I'm going to feel for the rest of the day. I love your classes

I have been practicing yoga for about 16 months in a local studio and finally feel like I can follow along with form and technique. Thank you for a good class. So many yoga videos skip the principles of alignment and treat yoga as "yogacize" moving quickly through poses with no focus on the details.

This is one of the best yoga classes I've ever seen. Practicing almost 4yrs, 2yrs pretty focused, and never yet seen such a short class that quite hits all the sweet spots like this-- strength, flex, align, hamstring, hips, spine, detox, sweat, restore, relax & invigorate all in 45min, with nothing feeling shorted & tons of insights. Slow flow haha is my favorite. I can think about what I'm doing and make corrections all while getting stronger. This was tough, but I really enjoyed it, especially the variation on the warrior. I will be doing this again. Thank you!!!

great class!! i do not have the best posture and so i tend to arch my back a lot, throughout the day and during yoga; and so your instructions were great and helped me be mindful of this. I was also very surprised how just a few adjustments could rally make a difference. THANK YOU!!

Thank you! I've been practicing Yoga almost everyday now for about 6 months. I live in China at the moment so I've been learning yoga in Chinese , which I do not understand very well , haha! brett on the come up :) well i gotta say this one definitely has given me some new sensations in the hips and the spine. Pretty cool how poses can do vastly different things based off of the way you approach them. I feel more and more ready to attend my local yoga studios. Thanks for the class. I love this because I tend to have a Bit of a sway back. I also forget to engage my abs so I have a tendency to dump into my lower back. I plan to do this practice over and over until I have the mechanics in my muscle memory. Thank you so much.

I’ve tried this one several times and still have to stop and rest but at least this time, it was a milestone. I could breathe all the way through each pose! I just love 💗 success! Interesting. I loved the idea of working on alignment, and my lower belt felt more open by the end of class. Unfortunately, I also found this class harder to modify for those of us who sometimes need to protect various joints. Iˋm glad I did the class but don't think I will be repeating it. Maybe you could do another class with alignment work for modified poses (e.g. when we use fists instead of palms, or dolphin instead of down dog). Thanks so much.

Nice different flow to keep it interesting. I found the movements on tadasana (mountain pose) specially challenging since my upper body tends to contract and stiffen. I can't properly do the palms towards the ceiling with the back in the right position. Been doing yoga for almost 8 years now but haven't solved my posture problems completely. Reminds me of my usual struggle whenever I'm in crescent moon. Any tips you could recommend? Appreciate it so much!

Really nice class with lots of details in the instruction. I felt physically refreshed but not so much mentally, though. I had to concentrate too much on all the instruction; lots of talking. At 60 I can still do this type of class but would love some 50+ classes. This particular class wasn’t for beginners, by the way.
