@@shinoataya Concretely speaking, the Japanese proverb "嫌よ嫌よも好きの内" can be translated into English as 「"No" doesn't always mean "no"」. However, based on the lyrics of this song, 「"Yes" often means "No"」 would be more appropriate. That proverb is used at 1:59. I'm not familiar with foreign proverbs, but I think this kind of euphemistic expression is unique to Japanese. Sorry for writing such a long message.
is it just me or does the boy’s orange outfit remind me of a prison jumpsuit, symbolising how he feels imprisoned in this life he’s created for himself, imprisoned in his people pleasing. it goes in line with how he’s in this solitary room, devoid of anyone, with just one person there delivering him meals, as if it’s a prison ward

well technically his "mama" made him kill his innocence...even at the end when he was sexually assaulted....he says he grew up....which is just tragic

@@sandyk9300 Wait... was he sexually assaulted...? I thought the other boy at the end was supposed to represent his true personality which got twisted from being bottled up and repressed (got this from another comment hehe)... Please could you explain it to me?

@@veldorasshoujomanga461 oh yeah and yes everything was bottled up including the sexual assault.....there are a few instances where the phrases "your quite good for your first time" and " no means yes" used which is a common phrase used by molesters in japan.....and the final nail in the coffin is when he says fuck you is the hotel rooms which are love hotels and after he had gone through it....he had "grown up" usually when people has sex when they are adult...i hope this answers your question
