**Ingredients
1 Egg --2/3 cup Milk (150g ) --30g Condensed milk -- 1 tsp Instant yeast (4g) -- 300g Bread flour -- 3 tbsp Sugar (30g) -- 1/2 tsp Salt (3g) -- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter softened
10g Condensed milk -- 2 tsp Unsalted butter softened (10g) -- 35g Dried cranberries
** Baking pan size 6 inch (15 cm)
** Preheat the oven at 170℃(340℉) bake for 35 minutes
**Tips
- Depending upon where you live and what flour you use, you may not need all of the milk, so please reserve 1tbsp(15g) milk before adding in the flour, and then decide to use it or not according to the consistency of your dough.
- Remember to cover the bread with an aluminum foil when it has become nicely golden in the oven :)
- Please adjust the baking temperature and time according to your oven.
