THURSDAY SATURDAY APPOINTMENT WITH A BEAUTIFUL AND NATURAL RECIPE WITH LEMONS ... THE LEMON JAM
Today I am going to show you how to proceed to make a lemon jam without the sour and bitter taste that this citrus fruit brings ... I do it simply by eliminating the white part in its entirety, which is the cause of the bitter taste.
The final result will be sweet and can be enjoyed in various ways

I describe how to proceed:
As mentioned, the first step of the recipe enters into the simplicity of the preparation
We then begin to peel the lemons and remove all the white part, in practice peel them properly
Once this is done, cut them into pieces and obtain 1kg of pulp
When finished, put the lemon pulp in a high pot, add the sugar and water, mixing everything well
Now go to the heat and bring to a boil, and at which point cook for about 25 minutes
Now blend and then let it thicken for another 10 minutes on the heat
Before potting it, do the classic test of the saucer, in the sense that you will put some jam in the saucer and if it thickens and does not go down, the jam is perfectly ready.
Now pot, close well with the caps and turn the jars upside down
Let cool with the jars upside down
Ready to taste and can be stored for about 1 year in a cool and dry place
