Good tutorial. What about Parquet ? HDFS could replace RDBMS like PostgreSQL only in terms of performance/memory efficiency in a trading system?

Well after this video and being very new to python and SQL - this has convinced me to use and consider HDF5 - for my trading and clinical data. Wll still need to learn SQL just so I can experience the differences and for collaborative purposes I think I will still need to know SQL. So greatful what you are putting out here!
