Is it okay to use bottled alkaline water to soak my sprouts? Like Essentia or Trader Joe's has an alkaline water too.

yeah it was not all only sprouts for a month, wrong title, what a shame. If this guy want to know what it feels to feel really light and good, he should try eating only raw fresh fruit and lettuces for a month which is prbably never did, not even close. Especially sprouts are much more difficult to digest and contains much more toxic compounds than fruits and tender greens. Nothing is medicinal because only the living body heal the body, giving sprouts to a dead body wont do anything. But he has a business so the truth and experimenting it is not his priority obviously.

That seems like a very critical attitude, the poor guy is just trying to run his business

This was great!! Thank you! I'm trying to stick to high raw . . . sometimes have a whole-grain bread with the raw foods or occasionally beans which must be cooked. I don't have a garden, but I sprout the following: adzuki, mung, and garbanzo beans; soybeans, white beans, kidney beans (these must be cooked before eating); lentils; buckwheat groats; sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds; a salad mix of alfalfa, radish, broccoli and clover; almonds; and oat groats. I dehydrate the seeds and almonds, and make raw milk kefir and L-Reuteri yogurt with the sproated oat milk. Sometimes I sprout the almonds and make the fermented foods with the sprouted almond milk. Since the yogurt is not cooked, it's not thick and creamy, but it has more nutrients. I order all nuts, seeds, and grains online and they are organic. TerraSoul (their raw products are truly raw and not pasteurized), Bob's oat groats, and now I'll try the Sproutman mixes. I also soak all my nuts (almonds walnuts, pecans, cashews) according to charts on the internet. I sprout the almonds. I use chia and flax seeds, and usually soak them before using them. I'll be purchasing the books mentioned on the video, by his Dad.

how else would you be able to absorb the fat soluble vitamins. the title oh well, that’s a whole different story
@Julottt

@@redzebra6688 This a myth, we dont need foods concentrated in fat to absorb any vitamins especially there are fatty acids in every whole foods since every cells membrane are made of protein and fat.

how about soybeans
@ShannonE1821

I have sprouted soybeans. They must be cooked before eaten, though. I sprouted them and then made soymilk and tofu with them. They are great stir-fried in peanut oil with just some salt on them.

Can you juice the sprouts?
@okraw
5 ай бұрын
Yes, they can be juiced, however they are super easy to digest due to the tender fiber and enzymatic activity. I recommend either eating them or vacuum blending to gain the most health benefit. Of course if you have more sprouts than you need, jucing can be a good way to get them in you as well, but would be my last resort.
