I reached a whole new level of maturity when I felt turned off by a man who will put more effort into an apology than they will put into behavior that doesn't require one.

My mother was abu....d all of her marriage. She always fell for the "I don't remember beating you" because he was a paranoid schizophrenic. My father has been dead since 2010, but we are all still suffering. If you are with an abu.....ve man. Please leave. Don't stay "for the children". You are hurting them by staying. I'm 49 and my mother is 81. She's at the end of her life and we are still, still talking about the consequences of her choosing to stay. At 9 years old my father put a gun in my hand to teach me how to shoot. Let me tell you, I thought really hard. And I'm sure that my father saw that because he took the gun back. If you ever want sanity in your life. Run. Run. Run!

Stories like this are too common and they have gone way worse. Don't let no man lay hands on you and get away with it. CALL THE POLICE! And/or defend yourself with a weapon. Your life is precious. Him rotting in jail is better than you dying or ending up in the hospital.

Told him "i communicated this was unacceptable. " I communicated calm, cool and collected but stern. I kindly left him and I walked away. And.. I'm sure he will try to get back.

I changed my phone number and combed through my social media accounts so he wouldn't have access. But that email opened up the gates of hell and he lashed out. I dropped back off the face of the Earth. He also noticed that my number was changed and tried to play it cool as if I'd come back because, well, I kinda did lol. Thanks for this message. I'm grateful to be in a much more stable and prosperous place, I needed this as a reminder that the situation I was in before was very dangerous and my closure can be found without his approval.

‘A man can’t put his hands on you and love you!’ He definitely hates himself and the woman is soooo true and is quite dangerous! Domestic violence often starts as something ‘playful’. Many of these relationships end with women abused physically, sexually, emotionally, spiritually, neglected and / or DEAD! And God forbid, if children are involved. I know. I saw the devastation. Friends of mine experienced this violent behavior. I volunteered at a women and children’s justice agency to assist those affected by domestic violence by an intimate partner. According to a CDC report I read, approximately 5,000,000 domestic abuse / violence cases were documented in 2020. Three million of this number involved men. These numbers only refer to the reported cases. Ladies please take heed of Tony Gaskins’ message to keep yourself and the children safe.

My mistake was letting my girlfriend keep her male friends, she let him text her boo/love which I confronted her about after I seen that. She told me it was because that’s how they talked to her when she worked at a bar where she was from. The 2nd issue was that she was on the phone at 2am while I was laying down sleep in her bed. I woke up to use the bathroom heard her talking from the Bluetooth speakers in her car. I texted her and she was like I’m talking to my friend because I was sleeping. I should have just left, but I stay there like a fool. We had an argument over that I explained to her that was way out of bounds. Thought we resolved it then a few weeks later she brought him up telling me about a conversation they had. I was fed up and got on Instagram message a girlfriend from the past gave her my number texted for two days until my ex seen it and got upset, which was my plan because I needed to see her reaction. She was upset. I told that she had to make a choice to go with what was my valuable my relationship with her or her friendship with him. She chose him at the end.

The moment she says he put his hands around her neck, that was the end and the end FOREVER!!! How many women have taken back such a man only to have their lives end for real! :/

No lies were told in this video. I have to remind myself that women do truly believe men don’t know right from wrong or need to be taught at their grown age

Aka - he will kill you once he gets the chance. The worst is when he takes your phone first then attacks you and makes you fight him for it......so ladies, if you ever get a chance to be away from someone abusing you, even if youre just at the grocery store - DISAPPEAR! Call domestic violence hotline, theres shelters, etc. Same for men! Fellas stay gone!

Hello Tony , I was in a similar situation but I am still with him for the sake of our children. We have 3 boys under the age of 9. We are constantly arguing about types of stuff. I do pray and forgive but the devil must be using him against me. I have been there and done that. I love watching your videos. They are very informative . I have learn some much from you and I wanted to stay thank you . I am so happy that I have found your page. Your page is such a blessing. God bless you ....

You say a similar situation I pray he's not throwing hands on you cause you're only teaching your boys how to treat a woman! If its a unhealthy toxic situation why would you stay for the sake of your boys you need to be leaving for the sake of your boys you can do it🙏💜

Children need a safe environment staying for the sake of the children is an excuse us women make when we are trying to rationalise our timidity/fear at leaving. I'm not judging you but I've been there your peace of mind and safety is more important than keeping up appearances.

I used to feel like I should stay because of my son and also the what if he will change and some other woman benefits. Not no more. My son IS my reason to leave. I want him to grow up in a healthy and loving environment. I want him to know right from wrong and how to handle conflict, treat a woman and effective communication. Also, I DON'T care about the next woman, because I only care about me making myself happy and the best that I can be for my son. 2021 will be a fresh start for me. I am planning and saving for that big move in August. You can do it.

I was quiet & shy but once I started to speak up for myself he would say that your mother telling you what to say. Now that I am 33 and he is 46. he got worst as the time went forward. I cant tolerate it no more but yet he act nice the next morning like two faced or something ? Taking about don't leave me .... I love you we marriage now divorce is not an option.....

Sounds like a threat from him. You have to plan quietly to leave and file for divorce.

Divorce is always an option. Verbal, mental, emotional or financial abuse is unacceptable. You deserve better. Plan your exit.

You better stack your money slowly and surely, take care of yourself, move in silence and don't tell your scape to nobody (not even family). And when you think that you got everything that you want to move, just move when he is at work, change your number, emails all!!!! Don't stay unhappy with a man like that, you are young to find another man that treats you like a Queen you are!!!!
